Dick Sullivan is a Senior Associate Attorney at Farrell-Morhenn & Associates. He brings more than three decades of experience in investigations, regulatory compliance, and financial law. He is known for his thorough preparation, sharp eye for detail, and direct approach to advocacy.

A native of Liberty City, Mr. Sullivan earned an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Liberty City Community College and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Liberty City University. He received his Juris Doctor from Liberty City School of Law in 1995 and later completed a Graduate Certificate in Regulatory Compliance and Financial Law at Liberty City University.

He began his career in insurance claims and investigations with West Coast Insurance Group and Redwood Risk Management. In 1998, he joined the San Andreas Department of Consumer Affairs as a Regulatory Investigator. For nearly a decade, he built cases against businesses engaged in fraud and unfair practices. He then served eleven years as Senior Compliance Manager at Pacific Standard Financial Services. In 2018, he founded Westbridge Compliance Consulting, where he advised businesses on regulatory and legal risk.

Mr. Sullivan joined Farrell-Morhenn & Associates to return to the practice of law. His investigative background gives clients a strong advantage, because he knows how cases are built and how to take them apart. He is committed to protecting his clients' rights with persistence, candor, and integrity.
